Individual Management Plans

Leasing

Initial inspection, digital photos taken, repair/renovation recommendations, advertising, tenant screening, background checks, and process deposits.

Management

Rent Collection and late fees, monitor repairs, process paperwork, monthly owner statements, pay vendors, yearly accounting and 1099 processing, and supervise eviction process.

Move-In

Lease preparation and approval, move-in condition, manage keys, transfer utilities, and verify working conditions of rental.

Move-Out

Insure delivery of keys, inspect the property, settle tenant's account, prepare notice of intent to impose a claim on security deposit, and prepare property for marketing.
